Alanui

Alanui was founded in 2016 by Italian siblings Carlotta and Nicolò Oddi. The project launched around a very specific vision: to transform the cardigan into a travel garment capable of encapsulating color, memory, and a strong artisanal dimension.

The brand became known for its oversized cashmere and jacquard knit cardigans, crafted with graphic motifs inspired by cultural, landscape, and nomadic themes. Each collection uses fabric as a narrative canvas, combining complex knitting techniques with fringes, embroidery, and a rich color palette.

From that initial piece, Alanui expanded its range to include apparel, accessories, and offerings for women and men, maintaining a relaxed yet sophisticated aesthetic. Its name evokes the idea of a "great journey": a statement consistent with a brand that views clothing as memory, discovery, and travel.
