Common Projects
Minimalist sneakers and luxury pared down to the essentials.
Discover the story
Common Projects was founded in 2004 by Prathan Poopat and Flavio Girolami between New York and Italy. The brand started with the idea of creating an extremely streamlined sneaker using luxury footwear materials and artisanal construction.
Its Achilles Low model became a minimalist sneaker staple: smooth leather, clean lines, and an almost total absence of logos.
The series of gold-stamped numbers on the side —which identifies the model, size, and color— serves as the visual signature of a brand whose appeal lies precisely in understatedness and balanced proportion.
