The Ermanno Scervino house was officially founded in Florence in 2000. From the outset, the project was envisioned as a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and production closely tied to Tuscan artisan tradition.
The house has developed its own take on "couture-à-porter": bringing the techniques, finishes, and meticulous attention to detail characteristic of haute couture to garments designed for a contemporary wardrobe. Lace, embroidery, leather, knitwear, and tailoring are all crafted within an aesthetic that balances sensuality with precise construction.
The concentration of design, prototyping, and much of the brand’s artisan know-how based in Florence allows the house to maintain a direct link between concept and execution. Ermanno Scervino thus represents a vision of Made in Italy where tradition is not preserved as a museum exhibit, but rather used as a tool to create contemporary fashion.
