Rabanne

Metal experimentation and a bold vision of contemporary fashion.

Discover the story

The house we now know as Rabanne built its identity from the radical vision of Paco Rabanne. On February 1, 1966, he presented his first fashion show in Paris, the famous "12 Unwearable Dresses," made with materials like rhodoid and discs connected by metal rings.

Metal, assembly, shine, and unconventional materials replaced traditional sewing and placed the house in a unique position within the futuristic fashion of the 1960s.

Over time, the brand expanded its universe into perfumery and, now under the Rabanne name, continues to reinterpret that experimental legacy across fashion, accessories, and beauty.
