Founded in France in 2014 by Jean-Philippe Clermont and perfumer Marie Salamagne, Atelier Des Ors is an artistic perfumery house defined by the fusion of fine perfumery, glass craftsmanship, and goldsmithing. The brand was founded with the purpose of restoring a sense of majesty and refinement to contemporary French perfumery.

The brand's key differentiator is the inclusion of floating 24-karat gold flakes inside each bottle. This feature does not alter the olfactory composition but interacts with the liquid and light, turning every bottle into a visually dynamic piece that is constantly in motion. The fragrances feature high concentrations of perfume extract and stand out for their intense compositions with a distinct gourmand, woody, or oriental character.

Each glass bottle is hand-engraved with sunburst patterns radiating from the center, symbolizing the light and value the brand places on its essences. Additionally, the heavy gold-toned metal cap completes an aesthetic carefully crafted for the luxury independent designer segment.
