Founded in Trivero (Piedmont, Italy) in 1910 by Ermenegildo Zegna, the brand is the undisputed global leader in the industrial production of luxury men’s fabrics and high-end tailoring apparel.

Zegna’s major differentiating advantage is its "From Sheep to Shop" vertical integration structure. The brand owns its own Merino sheep farms in Australia and textile production facilities in the Italian Alps, allowing it to control fiber quality from the genetic blueprint through to the final weaving of fabrics, having created legendary fabrics like Trofeo or High Performance.
