For returns due to withdrawal, change of mind, size, fit or personal preference, the direct return shipping costs are borne by the customer. In the event of a defective, damaged or incorrect product, or a lack of conformity attributable to WINABRAND, WINABRAND will cover the applicable return costs. Once the request has been reviewed, WINABRAND will provide the return instructions and authorised return address.
